Dopo questo lungo periodo di chiusura al pubblico, vogliamo riaprire i nostri cancelli in uno spazio nuovo, più accogliente e confortevole per tutt*.
Il cortile del Cecchi Point è da sempre stato crocevia di persone e di attività. Utilizzato da associazioni, gruppi informali e singol* cittadin*, è uno spazio all’aperto per chiacchierare e incontrarsi, a disposizione del territorio e della sua comunità. Un’opportunità di scambio tra utenti e proposte culturali, educative e sociali.
L’estate, in particolare, sarà un momento in cui gli* abitanti del quartiere, e non solo, potranno rivivere la comunità e la condivisione in spazi collettivi.
Quest’anno sono passati 10 anni dalla ristrutturazione del Cecchi Point e la Casa del Quartiere di Aurora ha necessità di rinnovarsi. Per fare questo abbiamo bisogno del sostegno di tutt* voi.
“Una piazza per il quartiere Aurora” è la campagna di crowdfunding – raccolta fondi del Cecchi Point, ideata per migliorare il cortile, rinnovare le attrezzature e aggiungere nuovi arredi; insomma per renderlo uno spazio più bello e accessibile.
Il cortile è il cuore pulsante del Cecchi, l’epicentro attorno cui gravita l’intera Casa. Chiunque venga al Cecchi passa inevitabilmente da lì.
Il cortile è il simbolo stesso del Cecchi, chiunque ci sia passato sa che valore abbia e quanto sia importante per la Casa del Quartiere e per il territorio in cui vive.
Lanciamo quindi una raccolta fondi per renderlo uno spazio ancor più di condivisione e aggregazione.

Il nostro obiettivo è quello di creare uno spazio più accogliente e attrezzato, grazie al sostegno di tutt* voi.
C’è bisogno di un’area gioco più confortevole, di zone ombreggiate e panchine su cui sedersi a chiacchierare, di rastrelliere per tutte le persone che arrivano in bici (e sono davvero tante).
Nello specifico questo è ciò che abbiamo intenzione di fare con le vostre donazioni:
– miglioreremo la pavimentazione del campetto da calcio già esistente,
– aumenteremo gli spazi per sedersi tramite postazioni con panchine fisse,
– creeremo più aree coperte e ombrose con gazebi per ripararsi dalla pioggia e dal sole,
– miglioreremo la segnaletica per orientarsi nel cortile e trovare facilmente le varie sale,
– posizioneremo nuove rastrelliere per le biciclette così da facilitare l’arrivo di* ciclist*,
– sistemeremo l’area palco esterna

La campagna è stata creata sulla popolare piattaforma Eppela. La scelta è ricaduta su questa piattaforma per motivi di etica e di accessibilità, oltre che per la facilità di utilizzo.
